This small Shahsevan sumak chanteh, from the Khamseh region of Northwest Persia, uses a colorful diamond field design more typically seen in the Kurdish bagfaces of the Jaf type. Though only a single complete diamond with latch-hook is drawn, a full sense of repeat is successfully achieved.
